Thank-you for convincing me *never* go to a sleep lab! I've heard the diagnoses are not always helpful ("You've got insomnia, but we don't know what's causing it").
ReplyDeleteI'll continue with my foam earplugs, white noise app, and sleep phones. I'm a very light sleeper and that combo has enabled me to sleep next to loud snorers, at noisy campsites, and in hotels whose breakfast rooms turn into bars after dark.
